Credit Note: Upon returning an item, customers will receive a credit note which can be used towards future purchases.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This charge will be deducted from the amount of the credit note.

Missing or Damaged Products: Any missing or damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
